As an instructor, my overarching goal is to develop an understanding of core concepts and foster independent critical thinking and scientific literacy that will allow students to make educated, informed decisions regardless of their future career path. I aim to instill a strong understanding of and appreciation for the scientific process, from forming hypotheses to critically evaluating results based on available data. Also, coding can be satisfying, animals are super weird, we should have fun while learning!
